Payments & Refunds

Fees, taxes, refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, third-party charges, examination fees, certificate fees, and payment gateway charges are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy and course-specific terms.

Intellectual Property

Course materials, website content, recordings, templates, logos, designs, documents, and learning resources are protected. They must not be copied, shared, sold, recorded, uploaded, or reused without written permission.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use apply to the website, forms, course pages, enquiry channels, payment links, online training, classroom training, in-house training, self-paced learning, learner support, and other services provided by EDMITE Solutions LLP and its authorised representatives.

In these Terms:

  • “EDMITE”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means EDMITE Solutions LLP.
  • “User”, “you”, “learner”, “student”, “customer”, or “participant” means any person or organisation using our website, submitting information, enrolling in a course, making payment, attending training, or receiving support.
  • “Services” means our training, course facilitation, certification support, examination coordination, learner communication, online resources, advisory communication, and related educational services.
  • “Third-party body” means any external certification body, awarding body, training partner, examination body, payment gateway, LMS provider, software provider, courier partner, or other external service provider involved in delivering or supporting a service.

📋  If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, institution, employee, learner, or third party, you confirm that you have authority to provide their information and accept these Terms on their behalf.

Where a separate written agreement, quotation, invoice, purchase order, partner agreement, or course-specific document is issued, that document will apply along with these Terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific written document will apply for that particular service.

Eligibility

You may use our services only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate information.

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you are using our services with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, employer, or authorised sponsor.
  • All information provided by you is true, complete, and up to date.
  • You will provide identification documents, academic details, professional details, photographs, or other documents where required for course registration, examination, certificate issuance, or verification.
  • You understand that some courses may have specific eligibility, attendance, assessment, language, identity verification, or document requirements.
  • You are responsible for checking whether a course or certificate is accepted by your employer, client, regulator, immigration consultant, university, professional body, or any other authority relevant to your purpose.

 

EDMITE does not guarantee that any course, certificate, training record, or learning outcome will be accepted by a particular employer, government authority, professional body, visa authority, client, project owner, or jurisdiction unless this is expressly confirmed in writing by the relevant authority or issuing body.

Our Services

EDMITE provides educational and training-related services in areas such as occupational health and safety, HSE, environmental management, ISO management systems, auditing, compliance awareness, workplace safety, skill development, and related professional learning areas.

Our services may include:

  • Online live training
  • Classroom training
  • In-house or corporate training
  • Self-paced learning support
  • Course registration and enrollment assistance
  • Third-party certification or examination coordination
  • Learner communication and course updates
  • Training calendars and batch scheduling
  • Course materials, templates, handouts, and learning resources
  • Assessment guidance where permitted
  • Certificate coordination where applicable
  • Learner support through email, phone, forms, WhatsApp, CRM, LMS, or other approved channels

Some courses may be delivered directly by EDMITE. Some may be delivered in association with trainers, tutors, training partners, certification bodies, awarding bodies, or other third-party service providers.

Course names, logos, standards, schemes, and references to external organisations are used only to identify the course scope, learning area, certification route, or issuing body where applicable. They do not imply affiliation, approval, accreditation, endorsement, authorisation, or partnership unless clearly stated in writing.

ℹ️ EDMITE may update, modify, reschedule, replace, withdraw, or discontinue any course, batch, trainer, module, delivery mode, fee, offer, or service where required for operational, academic, compliance, or third-party reasons.

Course Enrolment & Learner Obligations

By enrolling in a course, you agree that:

  • Enrollment is not confirmed until the required payment, documents, and registration details are received and accepted.
  • Course seats, batches, schedules, trainers, examination slots, and certification timelines are subject to availability.
  • You must provide correct spelling of your name, email address, mobile number, country, identification details, and any other details required for registration or certificate issuance.
  • EDMITE is not responsible for certificate errors, registration delays, failed communication, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
  • You must attend sessions, complete assignments, participate in assessments, follow tutor instructions, and meet the course completion requirements where applicable.
  • Attendance, assessment, examination, certificate, and completion rules may vary depending on the course and issuing body.
  • You must not submit copied work, false information, proxy attendance, fake documents, manipulated records, or any work that violates academic integrity or malpractice rules.
  • Where a third-party certification body or awarding body is involved, their rules, policies, timelines, and decisions will also apply.
  • You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, software, microphone, camera, and learning environment for online training.

For in-house, corporate, or on-site training, the client is responsible for providing a safe training location, necessary access, participant coordination, local permissions, site induction where required, and any safety arrangements relevant to the venue. EDMITE may refuse, suspend, or reschedule training if the location, conduct, or arrangement is unsafe or unsuitable.

Payment & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid as per the invoice, payment link, quotation, course page, written confirmation, or agreed payment schedule.

Payments may include course fees, registration fees, taxes, examination fees, certification fees, partner fees, LMS access charges, administrative charges, courier charges, bank charges, payment gateway charges, currency conversion charges, or other applicable fees.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Course fees are payable in advance.
  • Enrollment may be kept on hold until payment is received and reconciled.
  • Taxes, including GST where applicable, will be charged as per law.
  • Payment gateway charges, bank charges, international transfer charges, forex conversion losses, and similar charges may be borne by the customer where applicable.
  • Any discount, offer, waiver, or special price is valid only if confirmed in writing.
  • A quotation or fee estimate does not guarantee seat availability unless enrollment is confirmed.
  • Third-party registration, examination, certification, awarding body, or partner charges may become non-refundable once committed, paid, booked, or processed.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be handled as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the relevant course-specific terms.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another approved method after verification. Actual credit timelines may depend on banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.
  • EDMITE will not be liable for loss of exchange rate difference, bank deductions, gateway deductions, international transfer charges, or charges imposed by external providers.

If EDMITE cancels a course before delivery due to internal reasons, we may offer one or more of the following: rescheduling, transfer to another batch, credit adjustment, alternative course option, or refund of the eligible amount actually received by EDMITE for the affected service.

EDMITE is not responsible for indirect losses such as travel cost, accommodation cost, loss of salary, leave loss, visa issues, employer rejection, project delay, business loss, or loss of opportunity arising from rescheduling, cancellation, result delay, certificate delay, or third-party processing delay.

⚠️ Registration fees, examination fees, certification body charges, payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable once processed. For complete details, refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

User Conduct

You agree to use our website, courses, learner channels, and services responsibly.

✅ Permitted Use

You may:

  • Access the website for genuine enquiries, course information, enrollment, and learner support.
  • Download or use course materials only for your personal learning, where permitted.
  • Contact EDMITE through official phone, email, website forms, WhatsApp, or other authorised channels.
  • Attend training and participate in learning activities respectfully.
  • Share accurate information needed for registration, training, assessment, or certification.
  • Raise genuine concerns, support requests, or complaints through proper channels.

🚫 Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Copy, record, reproduce, sell, upload, distribute, or publicly share course content, recordings, materials, templates, login access, or resources.
  • Use another learner’s identity, submit proxy attendance, impersonate another person, or provide false details.
  • Share login credentials, LMS access, payment links, certificates, or restricted course materials with unauthorised persons.
  • Use the website or services for fraud, spam, hacking, scraping, malware, phishing, unauthorised access, or data extraction.
  • Misrepresent your enrollment, certificate status, completion status, or relationship with EDMITE or any third-party body.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or disturb trainers, staff, learners, partners, or support personnel.
  • Attempt to influence assessments, manipulate attendance, forge documents, or engage in malpractice.
  • Use EDMITE’s name, logo, certificate samples, partner references, or course materials for unauthorised marketing or resale.
  • Make false claims that EDMITE guarantees jobs, visas, promotions, regulatory approval, examination success, or certificate acceptance.

Violation of these Terms may result in refusal of service, suspension of access, cancellation of enrollment, reporting to the relevant body, withholding of certificate support, removal from training, legal action, or other appropriate action.

Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, presentations, handouts, documents, templates, graphics, videos, recordings, designs, text, logos, icons, images, training resources, forms, checklists, and other materials provided by EDMITE are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use course materials only for your personal learning or internal training purpose, unless we expressly permit otherwise in writing.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, edit, publish, sell, rent, license, distribute, upload, translate, or commercially exploit EDMITE materials.
  • Record live classes, screen-record sessions, download videos, or share restricted content unless expressly allowed.
  • Remove copyright notices, watermarks, disclaimers, trademarks, or ownership notices.
  • Use EDMITE’s name, logo, website content, course content, or materials for your own business, training centre, consultancy, or marketing activity without written permission.

 

Third-party names, logos, course schemes, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on our website or materials does not transfer any ownership or permission to you.

EDMITE provides training and educational services. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, engineering, medical, immigration, employment, or regulatory advice through website content or general course communication.

You understand and agree that:

  • Course content is for learning and professional development purposes only.
  • Training content may explain laws, standards, systems, procedures, or best practices, but it does not replace advice from a qualified professional, legal advisor, regulator, employer, project authority, or competent person.
  • Completion of training does not automatically make you competent for every workplace task, legal appointment, audit role, safety role, or regulatory function.
  • Any workplace application of training must be assessed against actual site conditions, employer procedures, applicable laws, risk assessments, and competent professional judgement.
  • EDMITE does not guarantee examination success, assessment pass, employment, promotion, salary increase, visa approval, employer acceptance, project approval, regulatory approval, or international recognition.
  • Certification, examination, result, and certificate issuance may depend on third-party bodies and their timelines, policies, review process, and decisions.
  • Website content, course pages, fees, schedules, and availability may contain errors or may change without prior notice.

EDMITE will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and updated information, but we do not warrant that the website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, fully updated, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDMITE Solutions LLP, its partners, employees, trainers, consultants, representatives, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or financial loss arising from your use of our website or services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of income, business, opportunity, contract, employment, promotion, or reputation.
  • Travel, accommodation, leave, visa, relocation, or personal expenses.
  • Employer, client, regulator, or third-party rejection of a course or certificate.
  • Examination failure, assessment referral, result delay, certificate delay, or third-party processing delay.
  • Website downtime, LMS issues, internet failure, email delivery failure, payment gateway failure, or technical issues.
  • Errors caused by incorrect information submitted by you.
  • Loss caused by unauthorised sharing of login details, payment information, documents, or certificates.
  • Changes made by third-party certification bodies, awarding bodies, training partners, regulators, or service providers.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under law, EDMITE’s total liability shall be limited to the amount actually received by EDMITE from you for the specific affected service, excluding taxes, third-party fees, gateway charges, certification body fees, examination fees, courier fees, and other external charges, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ℹ️ EDMITE’s responsibility is limited to the services directly provided by us. We are not responsible for decisions, delays, charges, policies, or outcomes controlled by external bodies, platforms, banks, payment gateways, or certification providers.

Our website and services may include links, references, integrations, platforms, or services operated by third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, refund rules, eligibility rules, technical requirements, and timelines.

EDMITE is not responsible for third-party website availability, accuracy, policies, delays, payment failures, technical issues, data handling, certification decisions, examination outcomes, or changes in third-party terms.

You should review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.

Termination of Access

EDMITE may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website, course, learner portal, LMS, support channels, materials, or services if:

  • You breach these Terms or any course-specific rule.
  • You provide false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Your payment is unpaid, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or not reconciled.
  • You misuse course materials, recordings, certificates, logos, or intellectual property.
  • You engage in malpractice, misconduct, harassment, impersonation, proxy attendance, document forgery, or academic dishonesty.
  • Your conduct affects the safety, dignity, learning experience, or rights of trainers, learners, staff, partners, or other users.
  • We are required to do so by law, regulator, court order, payment provider, certification body, awarding body, or competent authority.
  • Continued service becomes impractical due to technical, legal, commercial, safety, or operational reasons.

Termination or suspension does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Any refund, if applicable, will be considered only as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy and course-specific terms.

EDMITE may also remove or restrict access to any website content, course page, batch, feature, or service at any time without prior notice.
